Accessibility Tutorials

Thank you for taking the time to learn how to write and adapt your online content to meet the needs of all our patrons. These tutorials will teach you how to meet ADA Compliance expectations. If this is your first time learning about website accessibility, we recommend starting at the top and making your way through to the bottom.

There are a lot of criteria to meet for ADA compliance; however, these trainings and accompanying videos are only going to focus on the criteria related to content creation, and not the coding, as the district and school templates we provide take care of that portion.

As we dive in, the best advice I can give you is to keep your content as simple as possible. As you add complexities to your website and digital media, ADA compliance becomes harder to maintain.
